What is a home without house pepper ?!

Season Until Your Ancestors Say Stop!

House Pepper Lemon Pepper
$10.00

My aunt Joan was an amazing woman and excellent cook. One of my favorite things she cooked was lemon pepper wings. When I created this blend, I channeled Aunt Joan and every memory of me eating her lemon pepper wings. This House Pepper Lemon Pepper Blend has chunky pieces of lemon, lime, and 2 different types of peppercorns. This results in a blend that is sour, peppery, savory, and filled with loving feelings. I hope these blends get infused into your memories.

House Pepper Baja Panti Rojo
$10.00

Sofrito is a blend of onions, garlic, peppers, fresh herbs, citrus, and vinegar and is the base of many Puerto Rican dishes. My mom and grandma always kept a jar in the refrigerator. House Pepper Baja Panti Rojo features Chef Blu’s homemade sofrito (made and dehydrated in small batches) plus annatto seed, paprika and other spices to give you the color and flavors you are looking for when you season your food (fish, chicken, other meats). “Baja panti” is Puerto Rican slang for “panty dropper.” Add this blend to your dishes, and watch those panties drop!

House Pepper Steak Rub
$10.00

This blend is one of the most versatile of the brand and has become a personal favorite. Yes it makes a DELICIOUS steak, but it’s also great for those lazy times when I don’t feel like cutting up veggies for a stew or sauté. This House Pepper Blend is fresh, savory, and balanced with 3 different peppercorns, garlic, onion, and herbs.
